What You’ll Do - Provide administrative and technical support for environmental compliance projects
- Coordinate project documentation, scheduling, and reporting to ensure deadlines are met
- Act as a “superuser” for project tracking software and support project managers with updates
- Assist in formatting, finalizing, and issuing technical reports to clients
- Track, maintain, and organize large volumes of project data and documents
- Support senior staff with client communication and technical coordination
- Participate in process improvements and contribute to team efficiency
What We’re Looking For - College diploma or University degree (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field)
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar project or administrative support role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, digital)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, and project software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
