What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the site team with daily on-site coordination and clear execution strategies.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to align tasks and responsibilities.
- Take ownership of defined scopes such as interiors, building envelope, M+E trades, concrete detail and provide a strong presence during the occupancy phase.
- Help enforce site safety standards and support a respectful, compliant jobsite.

- Support consultant inspections and track outstanding items immediately with the Project Manager.
- Contribute to maintaining schedule milestones and overall site organization.
- Provide mentorship to Assistant Superintendents, Foremen and other Field Staff.
