Senior Environmental Project Manager to join their Environmental Due Diligence group. This is a full-time, permanent position based in
Pickering, Ontario, offering the opportunity to lead complex projects, mentor junior professionals, and play a strategic role in the firm’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities As part of the Environmental Due Diligence group, you will serve as both a
Project Manager and
Technical Advisor on a variety of projects across Canada. Responsibilities include:
- Leading environmental due diligence and contaminated site projects (Phase I/II/III ESAs, excess soil management, remediation)
- Providing senior technical oversight and quality control of project deliverables
- Preparing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
- Coordinating and leading multidisciplinary project teams
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and financial outcomes
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications
- Mentoring and developing junior and intermediate team members
- Supporting Record of Site Condition (RSC) filings and Excess Soil Registry submissions
- Participating in property condition assessments and fieldwork (as desired)
- Promoting health and safety best practices across project activities
Qualifications - Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Hydrogeology, or a related field (e.g., B.A.Sc., B.Sc., B.Eng., M.Sc.)
- Approximately 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting
- Extensive project management experience with ESA Phases I–III, soil/groundwater sampling, and remediation
- Strong knowledge of RSC and excess soil regulations (an asset)
- Professional designation or eligibility (P.Eng., P.Geo.)
- Excellent client communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional travel
- Familiarity with Baseline Property Condition Assessments (BPCAs) is a plus
