Senior Project Geologist
Location: North America (Canada/USA)
Travel: 25–50% site travel (project dependent)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Geologist to lead geological programs supporting advanced exploration, resource delineation, and project development across North America.
This role is responsible for designing and executing drilling programs, interpreting geological data, and contributing to resource modelling and technical reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing projects from late-stage exploration through resource expansion and development studies.
Key Responsibilities
Exploration & Resource Development
- Design and manage diamond and/or RC drilling programs.
- Oversee geological logging, core handling, sampling, and QA/QC protocols.
- Interpret structural, lithological, and alteration data to refine geological models.
- Support target generation and resource expansion strategies.
Data Interpretation & Modelling
- Integrate geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets.
- Contribute to 3D geological modelling (Leapfrog, Datamine, Micromine, etc.).
- Work closely with resource geologists and consultants on block models and resource updates.
- Review assay data, QA/QC results, and validation processes.
Technical Reporting & Compliance
- Contribute to technical reports including:
- NI 43-101 (Canada)
- SK-1300 (USA)
- JORC (if applicable internationally)
- Assist in preparing sections for PEA, PFS, and FS studies.
- Present exploration results to senior leadership and investors as required.
Field & Team Leadership
- Supervise field geologists, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance in field operations.
- Support budgeting and cost control for exploration programs.
- Collaborate with community relations and permitting teams.
Qualifications
Required
- BSc in Geology or Geological Engineering.

10–18+ years mineral exploration or resource development experience.
- Strong experience with drilling program management.
- Experience in precious metals, base metals, or critical minerals.
- Proficiency with geological modelling software (Leapfrog, Datamine, Micromine, etc.).
- Ability to travel regularly to site.
Preferred / Assets
- MSc in Geoscience or related discipline.
- Eligible to act as a Qualified Person (QP) under NI 43-101.
- Experience supporting resource estimation and technical studies.
- Strong structural geology and deposit modelling expertise.
