Senior Hydrogeologists to support a growing portfolio of groundwater-related projects. These roles offer
flexible work arrangements, including fully remote and hybrid options, and are ideal for professionals who are ready to take the lead on high-impact environmental programs.
Key Responsibilities - Lead hydrogeological investigations, groundwater assessments, and field programs
- Conduct aquifer testing, groundwater sampling, and flow modelling (MODFLOW, FEFLOW, etc.)
- Analyze and interpret hydrogeological data and develop conceptual site models
- Support environmental site assessments, permitting, and regulatory compliance (e.g., O. Reg. 153/04, CEAA, provincial water takings)
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals and engage directly with clients and regulators
What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Geoscience, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of consulting or applied groundwater experience
- Registered or eligible to register as a P.Geo. or P.Eng. in Canada
- Proven expertise in hydrogeological modelling, site characterization, and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with public and private sector clients across sectors such as land development, mining, infrastructure, or energy
