Sales Leader with a background in
industrial chemistry. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on driving growth across Ontario through strategic business development and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities - Lead sales efforts targeting clients in the chemical, manufacturing, and industrial sectors
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across Ontario
- Deliver solution-based proposals aligned with client needs and technical service offerings
- Maintain and grow key customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records
Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in testing, inspection, or chemical services
- Strong understanding of industrial chemistry and regulatory environments
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and meet revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
- Technical background (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering) preferred
- Willingness to travel within Ontario
