Qualifications: - University degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer in Ontario with 15+ years of managerial experience.
- Proficiency in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and relevant software.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in project management.
