Background in wood frame residential construction or development is strongly preferred.
Understanding of municipal development processes in Metro Vancouver.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Why Apply?
Join a growing developer-builder with over 1,000 units in the pipeline.
Be part of a company at an early growth stage with clear opportunities for advancement.
Work directly with a respected leadership team in a collaborative environment.
Competitive salary between $95,000 and $120,000 plus benefits.
Play a key role in shaping livable, well-designed communities in Surrey and beyond.
