- Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to WorkSafeBC regulations.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and finish schedules.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support the handover process, including preparing suites for occupancy and addressing customer service items pre-possession.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of site experience, including at least 3 years specifically overseeing finishing phases on wood-frame residential projects.
- Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing, quality standards, and finishing details.
- Experience with multi-family low-rise/townhome projects (developer or general contractor environment).
- Knowledge of BC Building Code and local inspection processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to craftsmanship.
- Proficiency with site management tools such as Procore or similar platforms.
- Trade background or technical training in construction (carpentry, construction management, etc.) is an asset.
Why Apply?
- Work with a reputable residential builder known for quality and craftsmanship.
- Take ownership of the entire finishing process with autonomy on site.
- Join a collaborative and supportive construction team with long-term project stability.
- Competitive compensation up to $135,000 + comprehensive benefits.
- Play a key role in delivering well-built, thoughtfully designed homes across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
