As a site-based Senior Project Coordinator, Levi has worked on some of Kelowna’s most high-profile projects and brings a hands-on approach rooted in ownership, problem-solving, and direct communication to overcome site challenges. During his 4 years in the field, Levi has worked alongside Superintendents to solve constructability issues, learned from Project Managers on how to build scopes of work and forecast costs, collaborated with Development Managers to understand the ownership role, and gained financial exposure through the Finance team, including how proformas are built for both rental and for-sale developments.
