Based in Ontario, Eric works across a broad range of technical and leadership disciplines, with particular expertise in environmental and geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, mining and geology, health and safety, technical services, business development and operational leadership.
A significant part of Eric’s practice is focused on the global mining and geology sector. He supports senior and difficult-to-fill appointments across Canada, the United States, Africa and other international mining markets, working with professionals across geology, mineral resources, exploration, mine technical services and operational leadership. His network spans experienced site-based specialists through to Superintendents, Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents and other senior mining leaders.
Eric works with a number of prominent consulting, engineering and mining organizations, including major producers operating across multiple jurisdictions. His approach is highly targeted, combining technical understanding with an extensive network of both active and passive candidates.
Leveraging his previous background in finance and investment banking, Eric brings a commercial, strategic and data-driven approach to recruitment. He focuses on understanding not only the technical requirements of each role, but also the wider objectives, culture and long-term needs of the business.
